HOW VOCE LEGAL SERVICES ("VLS") USES INFORMATION

2. Notary Services
VLS reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel Notary request.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for all orders must be made by credit card on the checkout page. We accept payment by all major credit cards. You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and VLS is not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. please note, your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. VLS is not responsible for the payment of these fees.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The design, trademarks, service marks, and logos of the Website ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to VLS, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the United States and foreign laws and international conventions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the province of Ontario in all questions and disputes arising out of your use of this Website and these Terms of Use.

3. Paid in-depth legal consultation. This is when you need to have your documents or case properly reviewed, and you need guidance on what to do For this type of consultation, the fees will range depending on how long it is and the complexity.
In order to give you a proper quote for legal fees for your case, and to represent you, we need to review your paperwork first. Please note, Disbursements (expenses such as court filing fees) would be extra but this will be advised to you.
If you end up retaining our services, the cost of the consultation is credited to the legal fees moving ahead!
