Referral Paralegal Arrangement
Voce legal Services is founded on the principles of being your ally and voice in legal representation. To provide the best representation, a thorough consultation is done with every client in order to properly assess the merits of the case. If it is determined that it would be best to work with another legal service provider, your case will be referred to someone specializing in your matter.
Likewise, Voce Legal Services respects referrals from our colleagues. Voce Legal Services will pay referral fees in accordance with the Law Society of Ontario guidelines, typically at 15% of all fees billed and collected. Voce and the party receiving the referral will work together on the details of the referral agreement.
VLS also welcomes co-paralegal arrangements where the referring paralegal continues to work in collaboration with Voce Legal Services and the Client throughout the process. Any inquiries from our legal service colleagues are encouraged. We truly believe that collaboration is a key cornerstone in access to justice for Ontarians.
